Food hampers for families living in Cobble Hill, Mill Bay and Shawnigan Lake. Available on tuesdays from 10Am-2Pm.

Provides hot soup, sandwiches, doughnuts and coffee Monday-Saturday frmo 10am-4pm. Food hampers are offered once a month as supplies allow and donations are greatly appreciated.

This program encourages community members to grow a row in their garden to donate to families in need. The food is distributed through food banks and soup kitchen organizations in the Cowichan Valley.

Offers food hampers once a week for pick up from the All Saints Church.

Hampers may contain baby and cleaning supplies as well as food. Currently available once per month.

Hampers are available once per month at the Christian Fellowship Church. Register two days in advance from Cowichan Lake Community Services who can be contacted at: 250-749-6822.

Bring pennies to the Cowichan Pictorial newspaper office or donate recycled bottles and cans for Pennies for Presents at the Cowichan Bottle Depot on Narcross Rd.

Every morning there is food available for those in need and bread is available at all times. There is also an emergency food program, food vouchers and a Christmas hamper program.

Free bread is available to those in need, donated by Westfalian Bakery.
